Looking to kick start your New Year’s diet? We’ve got you covered. On top of the perfectly frothed texture, rich flavor, and innovative packaging design—the Draft Latte is also a healthy option for anyone in need of a little caffeine before you jump on the treadmill.

Unlike other to-go coffee beverages, we have little to no sugar added. The original Draft Latte has absolutely NO added sugar, while the Vanilla, Triple and Mocha have just a pinch of cane sugar.

The Draft Latte is also an excellent source of calcium and a good source of protein (at least that is what the nutritionists tell us ?) with over 7g of protein in each flavor.

Many of our health benefits start with our milk, which is sourced from a local farm only 10 miles from our production facility in Michigan. It comes raw, where we pasteurize and homogenize it ourselves to ensure greater quality. All our milk originates from cows who weren’t treated with rBST or any artificial growth hormones. In addition, we add a lactase enzyme to the raw milk rendering it lactose free, so voi-la!

So while we love to say that America deserves better coffee, we also think that America deserves a more nutritious coffee beverage and for that we raise a can to our New Year’s resolution of drinking more Draft Latte.

Sign up for our Draft Latte subscription program to keep that body ripped all year long and find them in a store near you.

  1. I did not know about National Bird Day, but, saw the LC tweet. We love the dove art on the draft latte box. The art always reminds me of how Picasso loved that bird so much (I imagine) that, in addition to his drawings of the dove, he named one of his beautiful (and artistic) daughters, Paloma, a name which I think is Spanish for dove, and Paloma has been quoted as having the same love for the dove!

  2. I was delighted to learn that La Colombe manufactures their Draft Latte in Muskegon, MI. The company cited access to quality ingredients as its decision to locate there. They got it right; West Michigan is a place where 4-H kids kiss their animals “good-night” every evening. Everything here is fresh and wholesome.

As a coffee hound, had to try the product and found it at my local Meijer. Read the ingredients before purchasing. Nothing I didn’t understand. Only 130 calories per can. The product beat Starbucks for nutrition, but the portion is also smaller; 9 oz. La Colombe vs. 13.7 oz. Starbucks. Over all, enjoyed this product and will purchase again.

Welcome to the West Michigan Neighborhood La Colombe! Wishing you the greatest success.

  3. Thank you so so much for making a latte that is actually lactose free!! I’ve never been a fan of the non-dairy options and often find myself having to opt for regular milk and down a bunch of dairy pills. I’m so excited now to be able to simply grab a can without having to worry about how I’ll feel later 😀

    1. Hi there – we add an enzyme called lactase that breaks down lactose and has the added benefit of further separating the sugars in the milk, adding more natural sweetness.
