We’re excited to announce our most recent cafe opening in Los Angeles. It’s been a long time coming, but we’re finally ready to serve the amazing neighborhood of Silver Lake!

Located on the corner of Hyperion and Sunset (3900 Sunset Blvd.), the 1,800-square-foot cafe will be serving a variety of beverages from drip coffee, to cappuccinos, to our signature Draft Latte. We will also be offering some unique menu items, exclusive to the LA community, including our Mango Rooibos Chili Iced Tisane, Raw Organic Hemp Mylk and pastries sweet and savory from local Sugarblooom Bakery and Bread Lounge.

“Silver Lake is like a sunnier New York City,” said JP Iberti, President and Co-Founder of La Colombe. “The neighborhood is vibrant and colorful, with people walking around.”

Hopefully by now you’ve all seen the incredible artwork by ESPO.

When building a café, we take great care in marrying the historic and local elements of the space, with features that are distinctly part of the brand. Silver Lake is no exception, with the installation of a Steve “ESPO” Powers mural that was painted on the outside façade of the building. ESPO, a Philly-native, has painted murals in many cities that La Colombe calls home, including Chicago, New York, and D.C. Each mural is a collection of references paying homage to the brand and neighborhood.

The Silver Lake cafe is the third location to come to the Los Angeles market, joining Century City, which opened in late June, and Beverly Hills, which opened in August 2017.

La Colombe Silver Lake will be open from 7:00 a.m. to 7:00 p.m. on Monday through Friday, and from 8 a.m. to 7:00 p.m. on Saturday and Sunday. To keep updated on future café developments, grand opening dates, events and other news for La Colombe in Los Angeles, follow #LaColombeLA.
