This old fashioned, free range grass fed only cattle farm is in Minas Gerais, 18 km (12 miles) from Galileia. It is about 2400 acres. The farm’s main income is from meat and milk is for secondary income.
The name of the “very advanced coffee machine” you’ll see in the photos is “coador”, which simply means filter or strainer.
