La Colombe was a part of a culinary event in Hong Kong in collaboration with Homegrown Foods that was focused on fresh locally grown organic produce matched up with the city’s most prominent chefs. It took place in the middle of an organic farm in the New Territories, Hong Kong, which made the collaboration ever so meaningful.
