Cezve: (n.) it’s like a jacuzzi tub for coffee.
A cezve is a small (usually) copper pot that is designed specifically to make Turkish coffee. When brewing Turkish coffee, the cezve is placed over heat and coffee grounds and water are brought to a lightly bubbling boil. The cezve is moved off the heat, then sometimes brought to a boil a second and third time. Coffee prepared like this gets a nice, hot bubble bath and you get a strong, dark brew.
