  • Vacation mode activated. Join us with @thetableofspice’s Mint Mojito Iced Coffee (recipe below). Ingredients - 2 tsp raw cane sugar or granulated +/- sugar to taste - 8-10 leaves mint - 8oz freshly brewed La Colombe coffee - Milk or cream of choice - 1 cup ice Instructions 1.Take a cup and add the mint leaves and sugar. Muddle them together until the leaves start to bruise and fall apart. 2.Add your hot coffee into the muddled sugar and mint mixture, stir everything until sugar is dissolved. 3.Let your coffee cool down for 5-10 mins or pop it in the freezer for a couple of mins. Once the coffee is cooled, strain the coffee into a cup with ice and add cream or milk or choice, stir garnish with more mint leaves and enjoy!
