Cafecito: (n.) a small coffee with a big taste.
Often used in reference to Cuban coffee, you’ll also hear this word used throughout Latin America and Spanish-English bilingual communities. It literally means “a small coffee,” as many latinos take their coffee thick, dark, and sweet, served in small espresso-like cups. It can also be used to express that a coffee is especially good, or used to add affection to a sentence. For example: “Mi amor, you’ve made a wonderful cafecito this morning!”

Loved the Cuban episode on Uncommon Grounds. I absolutely
love coffee, especially La Colombe.
