Mango Rooibos Chili Iced Tea

With one west coast cafe open and more to come, we wanted to tap into the community and local flavors that make Los Angeles special.

So, to celebrate the summer season and the launch of our west coast footprint, we created a custom iced tisane inspired by Los Angeles – Mango Rooibos Chili Iced Tisane.

While dreaming up ideas for this special sip, we were inspired by the popular Mexican street food of sliced mango with a squeeze of lime juice and dusting of chili powder.

Bright, refreshing and tropical with a little heat that pops in at the end, this custom iced tisane blend also features smooth and earthy notes from rooibos (a plant grown in South Africa). To play up the lime flavor, we mixed lemongrass and lemon myrtle  with lime oil. And that sweet mango got a boost from juicy pineapple.

To round it all out, the surprise guest, the cayenne chili flakes. Bonus, it’s certified organic. See the full list of ingredients below.
