Cranberry Sour: “Spiked and Spiced”
Fill a tumbler with ice and add:
2 oz Rye
¾ oz Lime juice
1 ½ oz Cranberry juice
½ oz cinnamon simple syrup
Shake and pour over fresh ice in a wine glass. Garnish with cinnamon stick.
Fill a tumbler with ice and add:
1 oz Creme de Violette
1 ½ oz mint infused vodka
1 oz cranberry juice
½ oz lemon juice
Shake and pour over fresh ice in a glass. Garnish with frozen cranberry.
2 oz Rye
¼ oz cinnamon simple syrup
6 oz Corsica Drip Coffee
Top with au lait milk and a sprinkle of cinnamon.
Cranberry Mimosa: “Bright and Bubbly”
In a champagne flute add:
2 oz cranberry juice
3 oz cava
Garnish with orange peel.
