How to Build A Pillow Fort with La Colombe and Oat Foundry

Remember pillow forts? That magical combination of sheets, pillows, and twinkle lights that turned your living room into an indoor adventure? Well, we’re bringing them back (insert airhorn noise).

Knowing that a lot of us are unable to engage with the outdoors in the ways that we’re used to (from camping to hiking), there’s no better time to fire up that imagination and bring your outdoor adventure inside.

To help grease the wheels of creativity, we partnered with our friends at Philly-based design and engineering firm Oat Foundry to put together the ultimate pillow fort guide. Perfect for roommate builds, family hangouts, or for taking conference calls. Take a look at some step-by-step instructions below. Good luck and remember, you’re never too old to build a pillow fort.

WARNING!

Adults may find this process of building and playing in a pillow fort extremely fun. Inner childhood imagination may be sparked.

Try the following to make the most of your indoor adventure

The Scout’s Tent
