Pumpkin Pie Cold Foam

Ingredients
-1/4 cup oat milk (or milk or choice)
-2 tbsp pumpkin purée
-2 tsp pumpkin spice
-1 tsp vanilla
-1 tsp cinnamon (optional)
Instructions
1. In a glass, combine ice and La Colombe Cold Brew
2. In a separate glass, combine oat milk, pumpkin purée, 1 tsp pumpkin spice, and vanilla
3. Using a hand frother, froth ingredients together until desired frothiness
4. Pour cold foam over cold brew
5. Top with pumpkin spice
6. Stir and enjoy!
Maple and Brown Sugar Cold Foam
