There is a lot of overlap between the beer and coffee worlds, that’s why the two beverages pair so well together. Last week we sat down with our friends at Yards Brewing Co. and compared notes – tasting notes. There were a lot of similarities there and we realized, you can figure out pretty accurately what kind of coffee you would like based on what types of beer you like!
Here’s a rough guideline:
Tasting Notes – chocolate, cherry, molasses

Thought maybe there was a coffee stout or a Corsica coffee or a coffee love beer from Yards, but, not confident enough to ask for it without more specifics. As an aside, we were happy to find your Louisiane at Chickie & Pete’s at Parx. So good.
Yards sometimes uses our Corsica in their Love Stout (usually in the winter) but we’ve got another collab coming up! Stay tuned.
Have you started with your another collab yet??
