Looking for an easy and healthy way to fill that sweet tooth craving? Well look no further!  This month, social media influencer, Sarah, of @thecuttingveg created a Coconut Cold Brew Chia Pudding using our Pure Black Cold Brew to share with you!

Ingredients

1/4 cup chia seeds

1/4 cup La Colombe Pure Black Cold Brew

3/4 cup coconut milk (or your favorite nondairy milk)

2-3 tablespoons plain yogurt (dairy or non-dairy), plus more for serving

1/2 tablespoon maple syrup

pinch salt

Coconut butter, for serving

Cacao nibs, for serving

Directions

In a glass jar, combine chia seeds, Pure Black cold brew, coconut milk, yogurt, maple syrup, and salt until the chia seeds are well distributed in the liquid. Allow to sit for 5 minutes at room temperature, then stir again to assure the chia seeds are evenly distributed. Seal jar and place in the fridge for a minimum of 4 hours to overnight. When ready to eat, give chia pudding a stir, then top with coconut butter, yogurt, or cacao nibs. EAT!
