Beat the heat with this afternoon (or morning, night, all of the above) treat by @lifeofmadstahl.
Ingredients: Makes 5
-6 ounces La Colombe Cold Brew
-1/2 can of coconut milk
-1/8 cup maple syrup
-1 teaspoon vanilla extract
-Dark chocolate chips
Directions
1. Blend together all of the ingredients except the chocolate chips until smooth. Pour the mixture into popsicle molds and freeze overnight
2. Remove the popsicles from the molds and place them on parchment paper. Drizzle with melted chocolate chips and place back in the freezer to harden. Enjoy!
