Opening 2011–La Colombe Torrefaction in Dilworth Plaza (more specifically, the Ritz Carlton) on 15th Street! Beautiful location in the soon to be completely renovated City Hall area.  

Well, the weather was a little difficult, but we still managed to do two roasts and serve drinks at the New Amsterdam Market in the lower east side!
