The most celebrated pastry chef in the US was converted to La Colombe during our Last Vegas trip.

Francois Payard is from Nice , where he worked with his dad Β at” le nid de la friandise” founded in 1947 by his grand father.

Maison BABET my father’s business has been supplying the Payard family Β in Nice since 1966. That’s a good relationship! Fruits, pastries and coffee.
