We are proud to announce a new project today, Pure Black, a bottled coffee currently available at our Philadelphia cafes.
La Colombe’s cold pressed slip top “Pure Black” is brewed and bottled in our Philadelphia Atelier – steeped in stainless steel wine tanks for 16 hours then pressed and filtered twice, and never diluted. The outcome is a bottled celebration of the culinary flavors of Corsica – Sweet Cocoa and smokey tones. Perfect without sugar or even cream, we recommend Pure Black poured over ice.

Do you plan on eventually selling this online?
Thanks for the interest. We hope to sell this online in the future, we are working on packaging and bottle options to make shipping work out.
Do I have to keep this refrigerated? I was thinking of mailing one to someone for a gift- is that a bad idea? It would be unrefrigerated for a few days.
We suggest keeping it cold, if you pack it well it could be OK for 1 or 2 days, but not a week. We are working hard on perfecting the bottling process to extend the shelf life.
What a wonderful discovery !!! How can one purchase this product by the case?
We are currently working on the packaging to ship this product out by the case. Just a few weeks away. thanks for the interest
Do you sell your product wholesale………am looking at doing some mens items and would love to include your product!
yes. email wholesale@lacolombe.net
Is the bottled iced coffee available for purchase and shipping yet? Thank you
Yes! Email wholesale@lacolombe.net
This coffee is great. I use it in my beers that I add coffee too because it doesn’t add any oxygen and the cold press process reduces the oils so it doesn’t interfere with head retention.
Do you have sales consumer outlets in San Francisco? Or online?
Not at this time, but soon will be in SF and online on our website. Call 1800 563 0860 to order today. A 12 pack of 12oz bottles is available.
Interested in exporting the products once you have extended your shelf life? If so, we would love to discuss…
Please contact wholesale@lacolombe.net
I would like to visit your coffee shop. Where is it located. I am from Bolivia but reside in California now. I would like to add a visit to your coffee shop to my vacation plans. Thank you.
