The La Colombe team landed in Haiti this morning, and we’re headed straight for the farm! We’ll be staying at the Haiti Coffee Academy the next two nights, checking out the plants, tasting new brews, and generally basking in the glow that is being at the origin of some of your favorite coffees. Traveling to origin is the ultimate goal for a lot of coffee folks, and we’re grateful we have┬áthe opportunity to do so.
