Limoncillo: This farm gets its name from the unusual growth of lemon trees that were originally found here in 1932 when the farm was founded. Caramel, truffle, butter, dried fruit, and malt flavors, clean finish, balanced.
Mama Mina: This farm, named after the Matriarch of Fincas Mierisch, produces superb coffee due to its micro-climate and elevation, abundant shade, and nutrient-rich soil. Dark chocolate and hazelnut flavors, balanced with sweet candied-orange acidity.
