This Burundian coffee is processed by the renowned mill operator, Jean Clement Birabereye. Grown in the high altitudes of the Mpanga Hills, the coffee cherries are dense and it is difficult to remove the fruit from the coffee itself. At Mr. Clement’s mill, this coffee undergoes a double-fermentation process to ensure that your cup will be bright and clean.
