We are proud to announce the opening of our Fishtown Café (1335 Frankford Ave., Philadelphia) this Monday, September 29 starting at 7AM. Our full-menu cafe is bakery-inspired and ingredient-driven – real food for anytime during the day. You will, of course, find a full range of our coffees – our classic espresso drinks as well as our rare single origins, which will be hand-poured at our new Silverton bar.
We are excited to share with you our thoughtfully-crafted food menu filled with La Colombe in-house baked goods, breads, sandwiches, tartines, skillets, salads, spreads and many more mouth-watering, belly-satisfying morsels (see photos below for our daily menu) and select wines and beers.
We will also be serving our game-changing coffee infused rum, Different Drum, made by our 450-Liter CARL copper distillery in this location. With your first sip, you’ll know why we say that it’s a “rum for the bourbon drinker.”
“It is the next generation of cafe in America – and for JP and I it’s a natural, we get to make all the things we love most – coffee, breads, real food and distilled spirits.” –Todd Carmichael

Congrats – will check it out when I get to Philly next time.
Absolutely the next generation in food and drink
No – not all our recipes have coffee in them. 😉
Just visited the new Fishtown location. I have been drinking La Colombe coffee for more than a year. Love it. The new location is very cool. Disappointed that the kitchen closed at 4pm and there is no mention on the website. Also disappointed that they only have the one (1) medium size of coffee. I will continue to drink the coffee, but I will go to the Milkcrate Cafe down the street where I can get a large La Colombe coffee and hot food until they close. Disappointed, but I wish them the best of luck!
Great layout, plenty of room, great food, great workers!!
