Roasting methods have a dramatic effect on the taste and body of a coffee, and yet, it usually only the roaster that gets to taste a coffee at different roast levels. On Friday at 1pm, come take a peek in to the life of a roaster by trying one coffee roasted four different ways.

We’ll be experimenting with our Twiga Kenyan, a Bourbon variety coffee with tropical fruit flavors and natural sweetness. We’ll taste it roasted at four levels: super light, medium, medium-dark, and super dark. You’ll get to experience how roasting affects the final brew and figure out which roast profile you generally prefer.

Step into a roaster’s shoes on Friday, May 15th, at 1pm.
