Our flagship cafe is right in the heart one of the coolest up-and-coming neighborhoods in Philadelphia: Fishtown.
Located northeast of Center City, Fishtown has recently become a vibrant center for music, culture, and art—specifically street art. No matter where you stand, you’re never more than a few steps from mural covered facades. From HeArts in the Hood, to Kurt Vile lyrics, our neighborhood really does have some of the most interesting and inspiring street art in the city.
Thanks to Alexei Mansour and Conrad Benner for the great photos!

I saw a Toyota on I95 N the other day headed towards Philadelphia Mills and it had a Fishtown bumper sticker; community pride is great.
Visitors/Tourists: When you visit Fishtown see how many fish you can count. The locals make great use of that powerful symbol.
Other street connections: If the Cookie Monster has good advisors, then he’ll be looking to get his hands (?) on those LC chocolate cookies that are unbelievably soft around the center even though you can eat them without getting your fingers all fudgey and with the perfect amount of salt on the top (The salt you try to find at markets, but, somehow the bakers have a secret.) that turns you into an audible eater like Claire Dunphy getting a massage at the mall.
And, when the CM makes the trip from Sesame Street in Astoria, Queens, NY to Fishtown, Philly, PA, Jim Cramer from the Street.com/Wall Street should come along because those cookies are the ? money!
