Homeward Bound: Thanksgiving Travel and the Coffee to Get You Through It

There’s no place like a busy highway for the holidays. The worthwhile journey towards turkey and mashed potatoes can be long and arduous. AAA predicts that over 1.6 million more people will travel this holiday compared to last, making this the busiest Thanksgiving travel year since 2005.

But don’t freak out! We’re here to help with a few holiday travel tips and coffee recommendations to get you through it.

Coffee to Get You Through It

Fun (and slightly bias) fact! La Colombe Draft Latte and Cold Brew makes an excellent perfect travel partner no matter the trip (no offense to whoever you’re traveling with, but I think they’d agree). Here are a few coffee beverages we recommend to keep you fueled on the long trip home:

La Colombe on the Road

On the road and in desperate need of coffee after 5 straight hours of mystery podcasts? La Colombe Draft Latte is available at Wawa, 7/11, and Sheetz. Find a store that sells La Colombe near you through our product locator.

For everyone flying out of our hometown Philadelphia, we have a few cafes in Philadelphia International Airport so you can get your coffee fix while waiting for your flight. Visit us in Concourse A, B, E. We are also available in a can at the CIBO Express locations.

If you’re in the mood for free coffee (which everyone always is) share a photo or video of you traveling with La Colombe Cold Brew on Instagram using #HomeForTheHolidays to enter to win a month’s supply of free coffee. Happy travels!
