La Colombe is taking a road trip! Williams-Sonoma will be hosting our demo team of coffee enthusiasts in order to provide a hands-on experience for coffee lovers throughout North America. Our knowledgeable crew will be traveling to over 20 stores in the U.S. and Canada with three of our classic blends in hand – Phocea, Monte Carlo and Lyon in fresh sealed cans.
If these fine coffees are new to you, then this is the perfect opportunity to give them a try. They will be prepared for you by our professional baristas with unique equipment such as the Chemex or the Moccamaster Technivorm. These machines produce a high-quality cup of coffee and enhance flavors that can be lost in other brewing methods. If you’ve never been to a La Colombe café, here is your chance to connect with us in person. Try our classic blends, and talk to the people who are responsible for creating the La Colombe experience. There is a demo at King of Prussia Mall, PA on Apr. 27 but you can always go to our cafes unlike most of the rest of the country! 🙂

Attended the Beverly Hills demo March 2nd. So nice to have you here, even for a little while. Tasted some of the great coffee and had pleasant conversation with a very nice woman, sorry forgot her name. Purchased the Lyon blend! Soooo Gooood!!!

Foodie hint: I add a couple tablespoons of Lyon finely ground to my venison black bean chili. The meld between the chili powder, cumin, and coffee produce a bold savory yet smooth flavor, everyone always wants my secret now you have it. Thanks Dan in Indy. Come see us in the circle city some time.
