Only three weeks left for the SCAA (Specialty Coffee Association of America) Expo! Since this year marks the 25th anniversary of the event, we’d like to congratulate them as an official sponsor. We will also be in attendance with our satellite café on the second level of the convention center, serving our single origins brewed with Alpha Dominche’s Steampunk. The exposition will be held in Boston, Massachusetts, April 10-13, and is a must-see for any coffee enthusiast. Check out some of the workshops available such as “Introduction to Cupping,” and learn about the methods and language of objective professional coffee evaluation. If you’re more of a visual person, the new “Latte Art Exhibition” will feature the creativity of baristas throughout the country.
