La Colombe Coffee Roasters Partners with Whole Foods to Serve Specialty Coffee to the Denver Metro Area

UPDATE: We recently partnered with Whole Foods to deliver our signature menu offerings and full cafe experience at two more locations in the Rocky Mountain region at the Union Station Whole Foods in Denver and the Pearl Street Whole Foods in Boulder.

We opened our first Denver-based cafe at the new Ideal Market location in the Capitol Hill neighborhood of Denver, Colorado at 900 E. 11th Ave. Denver, known for its appreciation for craft beverages, will now be able to experience La Colombe’s iconic service and beloved beverages, including our cold brew on tap, Oatmilk Draft Latte on tap, and specialty coffee drinks.

The cafe is owned and operated by Ideal Market but fully outfitted and designed in collaboration with the La Colombe team. Additionally, the barista team will go through a full coffee training by La Colombe trainers to deliver a premium service and beverage quality guests would find on bar at any one of our 30 owned-and-operated cafes nationwide.

What you can expect in the La Colombe Ideal Market Denver Cafe:

● The Space. The coffee bar, which was designed in collaboration with La Colombe president and Co-Founder JP Iberti, highlights signature features like panels, bold globe light fixtures, and a neon sign of the La Colombe dove logo. These features are all inspired by architecture from the existing La Colombe cafes in order to reflect a unique cafe experience.

● The Offerings. As a pioneer in fourth wave coffee, we will offer our signature cold brew on tap and Oatmilk Draft Latte on tap, along with traditional espresso beverages and teas. 12 oz boxes of La Colombe favorites Corsica, Monaco, Nizza, Lyon, Phocea, and Afrique will also be available for purchase.
