Cuba got a little taste of La Colombe last week. “Project Paladar”, a cross-cultural art organization, got very delicious with 10 New York chefs paired with 10 Cuban chefs as well as La Colombe. Over 70 people each night came to the shipping container restaurant to have food, drinks and finished off with our coffee.
