The 450-Liter CARL Copper Still Delivered to Philly

As you may or may not have heard, we’ve been micro-distilling our very own La Colombe rum. Recipe development has been crafted in our lab (see picture above) using 20 and a 30-liter pot stills. With the best palates pounding on our door, we have  responded! So now, we have scaled up to a 450-liter copper pot still and two 2200-liter stainless steel fermenters from CARL Artisan Distilleries – “Germany’s oldest distillery fabricator since 1869.”  Oh yeah, playtime is over.

  4. Hi just wanted to give you a brief heads up and let you know a few of the images aren’t loading
    correctly. I’m not sure why but I think its a linking issue.

    I’ve tried it in two different web browsers and both show the same
    results.
