We’ve been getting such good feedback about our coffee education courses that we are very excited to share more knowledge with you. Next Thursday, January 22 at 7:30PM at our DC café (Blagden Alley 924 N St. NW), we’ll have a two-hour class, led by one of our La Colombe trainers, teaching you the basics of espresso and milk techniques. After attending, you will understand topics such as drink recipes, machine terminology, extraction vocabulary, and the basics of espresso extraction and milk steaming.
