The launch of our new Oatmilk Draft Latte and the start of fall collide for the ultimate paleo dessert experience. Health and wellness blogger Victoria Marano, of @healthwithvictoria, creates and shares the perfect recipe for your next seasonal gathering. Everyone is sure to FALL hard for this sweet treat.

Ingredients
1 1/2 cups Almond Flour
1/2 cup Coconut Flour
1 can (15 oz.) Pure Pumpkin (try @traderjoes for this!)
3 organic eggs
1/2 cup @lacolombecoffee NEW Oatmilk Draft Latte (they come in 3 flavors!)
1/4 cup maple syrup
1/4 cup melted coconut oil
1 tsp pumpkin pie spice
1 tsp ground cinnamon
1/4 tsp ground nutmeg
1/4 tsp sea salt
2 tsp baking powder
1 tsp baking soda
1/2 cup chocolate chips

 

Directions

Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Mix all the ingredients in a bowl until well combined! Pour the batter in a loaf pan lined with parchment paper (top with some extra chocolate chips) and bake for 1 hour. Let cool and slice it up!! ENJOY!
